New Wheels

Last week our 1998 Cavelier started acting up.   The diagnosis from our mechanic wasn't good.  Our car needed about $1500 in repairs and maintenance to get her in good running condition again.  The Cavelier has been a good car for 12 years but we couldn't put off the inevitable anymore.

Now that Mike is working a new job in residential sales he needs a newer car that will be economical AND reliable... something that will be practical for work and our family.  Saturday morning, Mike & I started looking for used cars online and found exactly what we were looking for right here in town!  A 2005 Hyundai Elantra GT in great condition, with low miles and most importantly it was in our price range!

Happily this Elantra got a clean bill of health from our mechanic and after a little wheeling & dealing with the salesman, Mike drove his new car home Tuesday night!  It was a little sad saying goodbye to the Cavelier because we had her for so long but we are absolutely thrilled with our new car!
